All our product prices include a 24% value-added tax. Our product prices are shown in euros. We reserve the right to change product prices and shipping costs.

Products and Prices

It is important to us that products are displayed clearly and accurately on our online store. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors will perfectly match reality, as color reproduction also depends on the customer’s computer and other browser and display settings. If a product is out of stock in our online store, it will be indicated alongside the product.

Payment service provider Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as the implementer and payment service provider for payment intermediation services in collaboration with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj is listed as the payee on account statements or credit card bills and facilitates payments to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution license. In case of complaints, we recommend contacting the product supplier first.

Shipping Details

We process our orders Monday–Friday. Our usual handling process is 1 day.

• Shipping domestic: 1–2 days after handling.
• Shipping Europe: 1–2 days after handling.
• Shipping rest of the world: 2–5 days after handling.

Return Policy

Unopened and unused apparel can be returned within 14 days after order.

Unclaimed Packages

If a customer does not collect their package within 7 days, the package will be sent back to our warehouse. A fee of 20 euros will be charged for unclaimed packages, which consists of the actual costs of shipping and other expenses.

Force Majeure

The general delivery time is 1-4 business days from the customer’s payment. By force majeure, we mean an obstacle beyond the company’s control. For example, staff illness or disruptions in transport. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or the inconveniences caused by delays.
